Y Talbot Hotel in Tregaron, an award-winning hotel, is WMS’s preferred local accommodation. A 400-year-old Grade 2 listed former coaching inn Y Talbot has slate floors, open fires, friendly bars, dining room, beautiful guest rooms with luxury bathrooms, garden, free WiFi, and private parking to the rear.
Listed in the Michelin Guide the 2 AA Rosette restaurant serves the best lamb, beef and cheeses from the Teifi Valley, fresh fish from Milford Haven and Cardigan Bay shellfish. Head Chef and Proprietor Dafydd Watkin, who trained in London under Marco Pierre White, and his team focus on creating expertly prepared dishes, top quality ingredients. A full Welsh cooked breakfast is available, served in the main dining room.

Located on the family farm where our shooting training takes place Bwlch Bach is a cosy, comfortable cottage with spacious double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining table, relaxing living room and shower room/loo with toiletries.
Additional facilities include parking (the cottage is on a no through road), underfloor heating, fast WiFi, a private garden and just a two-minute trip to our shooting range. Dinner can be self-catering or why not try the Teifi Inn in Ffair Rhos or Y Talbot Hotel in Tregaron, both about a 10-minute drive from the farm.

A small cafe and guest house with two beautifully decorated, comfortable guest rooms with a mixture of tradition that reflects the age of the house and modern amenities. Breakfast is served in the cafe ( before opening later in the day to the public) and could be a full Welsh, a stack of fluffy American style pancakes with fresh fruit, or just thick cut toast with delicious fruit jams.

A friendly local campsite with great views. Penrhiw Campsite offers toilets, shower, water, chemical disposal and a warm welcome to all. No electrical hook-ups. £5 per person per night. Children free. Dogs welcome.
The campsite is situated across the road from the Teifi Inn, our local pub, which offers fantastic food at extremely good prices.
Aberystwyth and Airbnb
The seaside town of Aberystwyth, around half an hour’s drive from our usual meeting point offers a wide range of accommodation including the very good Glengower Hotel and a Premier Inn, both on the seafront overlooking Cardigan Bay.
